Through thought-provoking activities, deep discussions, and valuable peer connections, you'll be inspired to think differently and lead with confidence.

Steps to Get Started:

1. Review Program Details:

Be employed as Child Care Administrator in an Early Learning Program
Early Learning Program is engaged in a Child Care Services (CCS) agreement with their Local Workforce Board
Early Learning Program is licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission’s Child Care Regulatory division
Employ a minimum of five Early Childhood Educators
Priority is given to Early Learning Programs that participate in Texas Rising Star
Early Learning Program is located within the counties in the outreach area. Counties include:
- Greater Dallas - County: Dallas
- North Central Texas - Collin, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Wise
- North Texas - Archer, Baylor, Clay, Cottle, Foard, Hardeman, Jack, Montague, Wichita, Wilbarger, Young
- Texoma - Cooke, Fannin, Grayson

Interactive Training Sessions: Engage in hands-on learning experiences tailored to your needs.
Professional Learning Community Virtual Sessions: Connect and collaborate with peers in a supportive online environment.
The Director’s Toolbox: Access our Management Textbook Series and instructional materials for effective leadership.
Early Childhood Work Environment Survey: Administration and analysis to gauge and improve your program’s environment.
Program Quality Improvement Plan and Mini-Grant: Receive support for enhancing program quality and funding to kickstart your improvements.
Mentor Support: Benefit from guidance and advice from experienced professionals in the field.
