Program & PhilosophyWe put our early childhood practitioners first.

Championing the success of early childhood teachers, center administrators, coaches, and assessors who serve vulnerable children and families is at the core of Together4Children’s mission. We provide high-quality research-informed professional development needed to increase the knowledge and skills necessary to provide programs of excellence. Our goal is to guide participants in connecting learning theory to practice. Through this focused approach, newly learned concepts are integrated into practical strategies that can be easily incorporated into daily routines. Framing professional development in a comprehensive manner allows each participant to fully engage in the learning process, reflect on best practices, and apply new skills that impact the quality of early care and education.
