TCC will become my blueprint for what I hope to become as an Early Childhood Professional.

I used to be a traditional leader where I made the decisions, but today I am more of a facilitative leader who involves the staff in making decisions, sharing ideas, and working together as a team.

TCC was a great experience. After 25 years, I have never felt more excited about being in the childcare business.

The resources given me will help me to be a better director, which in turn helps the center, families, and staff, and sets a firm foundation for educational success for the children as they enter into school.
